International brokerage Makor Group is set to use proceeds from its latest debt issuance for ‘selective, niche acquisitions’ in the cash equities space.
The firm, which serves hedge funds and institutional clients, placed a five-year corporate bond listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today with a yield of 7.5%, due semi-annually.
High demand from a range of institutional and private clients meant the placing was oversubscribed.
